Hi, I am new to Amazon Seller and I was signed up for Canada, the US and Mexico. I only wanted to be signed for Canada. Now they charged me $. I just opened the account and i wanted the individual account. There is no customer service or someone to help. Navigating is a little stressful.Thanks guys.

I'm in the same boat. All efforts to switch from Pro to Individual and get away from Mexico resulted in Mexico still being under Pro. The tooltip for Mexico says it cannot be moved to Individual. I only want to sell in Canada.
Chatted with several CSR and got canned responses, literal quotes from Seller Central but no real help.
I regret to have stepped into this and will be closing the account. But first I need to get a refund of that automatically charged monthly fee for something I never planned to sign up for.
