I am trying to sell a hair oil and hair serum under the brand name Royal Likat but I am required to get approval to sell in topical category. Every time I submit the pictures of my product. It tells me that case has been closed as i submitted application with no new information. Where do I get new information while all I have is the pictures of my product, although it has new packaging because my previous packaging had the word treatment on it but I am still getting same automated response and it's been months now. None of my products have any restricted ingredients, I do not understand why am i not getting approval to sell.
