I ship orders with integrated carriers, but they still show up on VTR as 'invalid'
This is a problem I've been dealing with for a long time. I know that I'm only supposed to ship packages with carriers that are integrated with Amazon, so over the last 2 months I've been careful to do exactly that. I ship all orders myself.
I ship my orders with Canpar, Purolator, and UPS. But even if I select the shipper from the dropdown like you're supposed to and add the tracking number, later on I check my VTR and I'm at only 60% due to Canpar and Purolator.
I have multiple orders where I'm 100% sure I entered the tracking properly and the tracking works, yet on my VTR page it shows that I chose the carrier name 'Other' and then entered the carrier name manually. Therefore these orders are counted as having an invalid tracking and lower my VTR.
I've been suspended once for a low VTR so I genuinely want to fix this, but I'm all out of ideas as to what to do here. Anyone experience the same?

There was a post by our community managers on an issue with Purolator, have you by chance taken a look at this? Additionally, have you contacted our seller support teams regarding the tracking showing up as invalid? If you have can you provide the related case ID?
I am additionally passing your concern to our community managers to help in offering any additional support if possible, the case I requested will also help with their review.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
