Why does Amazon NOT Understand that Best Buy Auto Parts distributor is not the same as Best Buy Electronics, as you keep denying my Brand Applications? Amazon can't understand that they are different companies, very frustrating.

After I explained it to Amazon Chat, my Bosch review was done and approved with the Best Buy Auto Parts Invoice. I was then told that I just add a letter expailning the difference and there wouldn't be an issue. But it still is.

I am the registered trademark owner of Snakeskyn® in both the United States and Canada. I do not authorize distributors or third-party resellers.
Despite this, Amazon continues to allow an unauthorized sellers to list under my brand. One seller submitted documentation claiming distribution rights that are entirely false. I have formally confirmed that no such authorization exists.
To validate the issue, I personally purchased the product from the unauthorized seller. Instead of receiving Snakeskyn®, I was sent a completely different brand. When I requested the correct product, the seller offered a 50% discount rather than fulfilling the order. This strongly suggests intentional listing abuse and consumer deception.
Despite providing this evidence, the unauthorized seller continues to control the Buy Box under my trademarked brand.
This situation undermines brand integrity, violates intellectual property protections, and misleads Amazon customers.
I requested investigations and removal of unauthorized sellers from the Snakeskyn® listing, along with reinstatement of brand control under Amazon’s trademark and brand registry policies several times.
