Brand registry won't link with my products but accepted my tradmark
RE: 14082003621 and ID 14091590371 (brand registry support)
Danny and Steve from this forum who are monitoring it told me to use this to draw attention to my case.
My brand name (trademark is "Pocket Sponsor." but my company name is Day By Day). I sell books. I have a Seller account, a Kindle account, and an Advantage account that I sell in. Brand registry will not allow me to connect my products with my brand or my store or anything! I was invited to do posts in my Advantage account but cannot because no brand shows up in my profile in my advertising account connected to my Advantage account. Advantage support tells me to contact Brand Registry and Brand Registry doesn't know what they are talking about. I'm caught in a loop use my own brand and am stuck with an orphan brand registry trademark that does me no good.
My seller central account is "pocketsponsr", my Advantage account is "DBDB9" , my brand registry is "Pocket Sponsor", I have been unable for years to connect my stores and products
with my brand. My Amazon store is Amazon.com/daybyday.
I have a whole list of products I am trying to connect with my brand but nothing on the brand registry site works.
a) when I try to add a "selling Account" the field says, "no options available", (see attachment).
I want to add my seller central account (pocketsponsor) and my advantage account (DBDB9)--it's been years and this isn't solved. Just tell me what to do.
Please stop telling me to contact Advantage support because they read this and tell me it is a Brand Registry problem. I don't know where to turn becasue this is serious for my busness and you both keep explaining it is an issure with the other department--someone has to know who can fix this.
Its been years! I need help. I really need help because now they are taking pictures down off my products and claiming it is a brand registry issue. Please help.

Hello @Seller_QFQmWEgU6h0oE,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will do my best to provide support. I was not familiar with the Amazon Advantage program until your post so my apologies if I am repeating anything you may already know. Since you are in the Advantage program you are selling your products directly to Amazon, I recommend reviewing your contract (if you have one) and verifying you are allowed to sell the same ASINs.
I have a few thoughts on how you might be able to progress forward:
- I know you stated you contacted Advantage support, but is that the same as the Vendor Customer Support Team? A section I found researching the Advantage Program states "Help pages, tutorials, and frequently asked questions are also available on the member website. If you require additional support, you can contact our Vendor Customer Support team through the member website." This may be the correct course of action
- I noticed your email address on the cases you provided is different than email address associated with your Seller Central account and given the response from brand Registry support in case 14082003621, maybe you just need to add that email address to your Vendor Central account so that Brand Registry can make the connection.
- Your Seller Central account is not a professional account. I do not think that this by itself is the blocker, but once you are able to access your brand in Seller Central you will need a professional selling account to get access to all the Brand benefits such as A+ content.
Manage selling benefits for your brand is resource that doesn't really answer your question here, but it is great to help understand the relationships between the Brand (in Brand Registry), Vendor Central and Seller Central. This may also provide some more info to how you can get access to your brand in Seller Central. I.e. request access to the brand from Seller Central, instead of trying to apply the access from the Brand Registry site.
I hope this was helpful and please let me know how it goes and/or if you need any additional help.
Best, Dougal
