Highly recommend spending a large amount of time on "seller university" first and foremost.
Secondly you need to have an invoice (not receipt) and a letter of authorization from the brand to sell their product. Alot of brands do not want people to sell their products on Amazon and they will not give you permission.
Even if Amazon allows you to list the product it does not mean the brand has given you permission to sell it.

I highly recommend putting yourself on vacation mode while you spend at least 1 whole week going through seller university and terms of service. Make sure that you obtain proper permission for any branded products you wish to sell. Letter of Authenticity from brand owner is best. You can find a licensed distributor but I have noticed that lately a lot of people are having trouble with distributors claiming to have authentic products when they don't so research, research, research.
