Fake products seller
Hello everyone!
I've noticed numerous accounts (from a country I won't specify) blatantly selling fake products (or possibly not even sending the products at all!). These accounts all originate from the same country, operate via Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM), and undercut prices by at least $15-25 or more. They typically survive for 1-2 weeks before likely getting banned, then a new seller appear with a similar name and let's run it back.Unfortunately, they consistently win the buy box because legitimate sellers, who source from reputable distributors, can't match the low prices offered by these sellers who source on TEMU and Alibaba. They often target high-demand listings, resulting in thousands of customers receiving counterfeit products.
What do you think can be done about this situation? I'm not the brand owner, so I can't remove these sellers myself. Additionally, we're aware that Amazon's "Report a seller" function is ineffective (resulting in automated emails from bots stating they can't take action).
Let's brainstorm solutions!

Hello @Seller_JnFMcc85yrC6F
Thank you for contacting Amazon forums, this is Lucre, and I'll be happy to support.
I understand you're describing a frustrating situation for you as a seller. I also understand that you have tried reporting the sellers, but the issue remains, as you only receive responses that the report cannot be actioned.
I would like to reinforce that this is the standard mechanism for Amazon to take action in situations like this, however there must be enough supporting evidence to action upon these reports.
Regards,
