Same Seller created two listings for the same product under differrent brand
Hello all.
Competitor has created duplicate listing for the same product under different brand name. We had reported this to Amazon, however we are getting same response from Amazon, there is no policy violation.
In first listing, one variation is selling more, organically.
In second listing ( newly created now), second variation is selling more, organically.
As they have showed their both variation on front main page by creating two listings.
According to Amazon Policy, Seller Code of Conduct, A Seller is not allowed to create multiple detail page for the same product.
If any seller come across with the the same issue before, please assist us.
Regards,
SJ

Duplicate thread.
As pointed out in your original post, if they have two brands, they are no more the same product.
It the same as a seller having two listing of a 12 oz bottle of cola soda. One is Coke and the other Pepsi.
