Shipping with Intelcom
Is shipping with Intelcom okay for your VTR? I know Amazon uses them to fulfill FBA orders...
It's not in the drop down menu for carriers, can you just select "Other" and type them in?
I'm certain I used them before in this manner without any bad effects. Perhaps it's no longer good?
If anyone could offer some knowledge, that'd be great!
Thanks.

Amazon plays by its own rules. Intelcom is not on the list, using them will be a VTR hit for you.

It used to kinda work, it wouldn't affect your VTR%, but then the app stopped updating the tracking on the customer end, and it would say "your parcel may be lost" even after delivered, and customers can get an immediate A to Z claim refund.
Amazon's official policy for FBM for Intelcom is for heavy and oversize shipments only as per their official health page.

Intelcom can lose parcels, for example in an apartment, the courier drops the package in the lobby and leaves.

Sounds like ICS courier, which I wish was in their list (cause loomis is) as its inexpensive; but its not I used other once and typed in tracking, and I got a VTR hit even though it was a perfectly fine tracking service that showed delivered, but it doesn't 'integrate' with amazon's automatic shipment updates; so it's baddd :S
