Hello @Seller_xi2xtScIpApf8

Thank you for reaching out regarding the product tax code issue you're experiencing on your printer and other electronic products. I'd be happy to provide some guidance to help resolve this.

The tax code functionality on Amazon is designed to automatically apply the appropriate sales tax to eligible products based on the buyer's location. However, it seems there may be a technical glitch preventing the proper tax codes from being displayed for your printer, computer, mouse, TV, and other electronic items.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this:

  1. Double-check the product tax code you've entered for each item. Ensure that the code is correct and matches Amazon's requirements. You can reference the Tax Codes help page for the latest information on valid tax codes.
  2. If the tax code appears to be correct, try removing and re-entering the code for each affected product. This may help refresh the system and get the proper tax information to display.
  3. Reach out to Seller Support and provide them with the specific product ASINs that are experiencing this issue. They should be able to investigate further and identify any technical problems that may be preventing the tax codes from working correctly.
  4. In the meantime, you can consider manually adding a note about the applicable sales tax to the product listings. This will help ensure buyers are aware of the total cost, even if the automatic tax code functionality is not working as expected.

I understand how frustrating it can be when technical issues impact your ability to accurately display pricing and tax information to customers. Please know that we're committed to resolving this problem and providing you with the tools you need to effectively sell on Amazon.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact Seller Support. They'll be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Best regards,

Jurgen
