Customer negative review on product I didn't sell them.
I sell books on my FBA page but a customer left a negative review of me on a product with hoses. I don't sell anything with hoses lol. I asked the customer to delete the review because it was clearly done on a wrong purchase they made but I've been ignored. I asked Amazon to remove it and I never heard a word back... and this was months ago.
Anyone else experienced this? What can I do?
