Unable to submit Identity Verification (Reverify)

There is no valid link to re-upload the required files for verification, and clicking will always take you to the help page. Eventually the account has been suspended.

No matter how much I contacted the Amazon Seller Support team and the Account Status team, I could not resolve the issue.

(Company business license and legal representative are normal)

The seller support team can't give me a specific reason either, only that they can't complete the verification process. Will continue to deactivate my account.

I have been unable to find any team that can help me, are Amazon's policies a sham?

Amazon's policy says: If you submit information that we are unable to verify, we will communicate and work with you to obtain the information required.

If, however, after resubmission attempts, we are not able to verify your information, then the law requires us to deactivate your account until we can verify the information it requires.

I would like Amazon to assist me with Identity Verification (Reverify). Even if it cannot be done, please ask Amazon to give me a detailed reason why, rather than a sentence that the verification process cannot be completed. Will continue to deactivate my account.
