How to remove feedback meant for another Seller?
Would appreciate some help from a moderator on how to remove 1 star feedback for another seller.
We have never sold the item the customer is referring to in the feedback.
Feedback removal tool does not help. And buyer-seller messaging does not allow us to send a message.

Following up on this thread, I have reviewed the case ending in 4031 and I can see that the request was denied, however, our seller support team replied to you with a workaround: You may ask buyers to remove their feedback, but do not pressure them to do so. The buyer can remove the feedback if they choose to.
To contact the buyer, go to the Orders tab in your seller account and select Manage orders. Search for the buyer’s order. Under “Order details” click the buyer’s name next to “Contact buyer.”
You can use the following resources to instruct the customer on how to remove the feedback:
Remove Third-Party Seller Feedback
1. Go to Your Submitted Feedback.
2. Select Remove next to the feedback that you'd like to remove.
3. Select a reason for the removal.
4. Select Remove.
