Coupon is not showing in green box
Hello,
I have added a coupon to my listing but instead of showing it in the green box to highlight the discount, it is showing it in gray lettes.
Does anyone know how to correct this issue?

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could be of assistance. Since it's been a few days since you originally posted this thread I wanted to first check in and see if you are still experiencing this issue?
If you are, I have a couple of follow up questions:
- Are there multiple sellers selling on this same ASIN?
- Are you currently the featured offer?
- Do the coupons show once you have navigated to the product detail page?
- Do you have any errors showing up on the coupon in seller central?

In taking a further look, it appears I am now seeing the green box for your coupon on the item shown above.

This happened to me and was driving me mad. There is no issue, others are seeing the green box. The only reason it show like that on search pages is because you already clicked on the coupons when viewing the item. Open amazon in incognito and search your item, it will have the green box.
