Account deactivated.

Why did my account deactivated without any violation and the reason of deactivation the sent in mail is that my account has been found related to my own same account, i'm confused how the same account can be linked. while there is no any violations.

If your account has been deactivated, you can reach out to Account Health Support through the Contact us button, or through the Help section within Seller Central by clicking Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support.

All professional sellers have access to the Contact us button on their Account health page to contact an account health specialist. When you click Contact us, you will be prompted to enter your phone number and an account health specialist will contact you right away.

The Contact us button is also available on your mobile device through the Amazon seller app. All you have to do is select Account health in the Performance menu. The Account Health Support team is available 7 days a week and you can check available hours of operation within your time zone and your preferred language by clicking Contact Us.
