how to change shipping fee as free shipping

I am a newbie here from Canada. while uploading a product, amazon is calculating auto shipping as $5.56. how do I change shipping as free. how do I offer that? Also are we able to change handling and shipping days?
Also I have ordered a product and have not rcvd yet. Amazon has calculated its per unit cost more than 3 times the cost of the product. what do I do in this situation

To change shipping pricing , you will have to have a professional level account, not an individual account.
As for your product cost, sounds like you will have to raise the price

If you do have the professional account, simply go to Shipping settings and set your shipping rates to $0.00.
