Counterfeit without a test buy policy!
Hello.
I would like to give information about a few things that I have experienced that I cannot understand.
I sell via dropshipping business method on amazon.ca.
I supply the products I list on amazon.ca from brand owners on amazon.com. Therefore, I never sell fake products.
Recently, I started the day with violation notifications in my account health that I could not understand.
name of violations Counterfeit without a test buy!!
I have never sold these products before, for which I received a violation because I sell without stock.
Since I sell without stock, I can only keep invoices for the products I sell. Amazon asks me for invoices for these products.
I am accused of counterfeiting for a product that I have never sold before. Moreover, without even a purchase to prove that it is fake!!
Just as we cannot say "you are guilty" to a person who is just walking on the road, I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds it pointless to be accused of counterfeiting for a product that has never been sold before.
I sent an appeal letter to Amazon stating that I had not sold these products before. My objection was rejected.
Are robots reading the appeal letters we send to Amazon?
If I have never sold these products before, it is not right to be suspected of selling fake products!
please help me on this.

You aren't selling fake products, but you aren't selling new authorized distribution products either. Since you aren't getting the products through authorized distribution, you never know if the products you are getting from the .com site are legitimate.
Also, it is against Amazon policy to dropship from the .com website to sell on .ca
You can't sell without having stock. You have to have stock available to sell.
Well, how can you sell a product that you've never sold before? You're not authorized to sell that product new, therefore it must be fake!
You are responsible for everything you list. Having it listed and available is "intent to sell" so you have to follow all rules and policies.
But you have neither authorization from the brand to sell, which would fix your fake product claim, and you neither have the product in your possession to show that it is legitimate.

I think only the brand owner can issue a counterfeit complaint without a test buy, that being said, the brand owner doesn't like their brand being sold by other third party

As you mentioned this being a counterfeit without a test buy, this is a result of the brand or rights owner for the products intellectual properties issuing a complaint that you may not have a valid authorization or supply chain.
These issues prompt a request, typically asking for invoices and or a letter of authorization.

As this is a concern with a violation including an intellectual property, simply listing the product without authorization would be considered a infringing upon the intellectual properties, if you do not have prior authorization, or an approved supply chain. The sale of the product is not required for these situations.
