Connor here from Amazon, thanks for reaching out to us.
To request a refund for the professional fee you will need to first downgrade to an individual account.
To do that, go to this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/account-information/mys
from there, make sure all regions boxes are checked under the "individual" plan. See screenshot below, then make sure to click "apply changes".

Once you switched over to the individual plan, create a case via seller support to ask for a refund. You will receive an e-mail from them once they review your account.
