I know we can manually upload our inventory file but I want to know if it's possible to have Amazon auto-link to our FTP inventory feed and have it downloaded automatically every day ?

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.
Seller Central does not provide a built-in feature to automate the reports download, nevertheless, you can take a look at the Selling Partner Appstore.
