Anyone else having problems creating new removal orders, or getting reports on existing removal orders?

Since Friday we have been unable to create new removal orders, or get reports to populate for existing orders. We've tried both Firefox and Chrome and the pages start to load, but then stall out with a spinning circle and never load.
