I wish to cancel my subscription on my Amazon Canada seller account, but keep my U.S one. I read on the forums here to put it on vacation mode and I did this, but I have still been getting charged for a couple months now. How can I cancel it?

The US is included for free with your Amazon Canada Seller account. It's $29.99 CDN per month for Canada and access to the USA selling account.
The only way to stop charges is to change to an individual account, not a professional account.

Your Canada and USA accounts are part of an American unified account, either both are "professional" (monthly fee) or both are "Individual" (no fee).
The monthly fee you are paying is split between the 2 marketplaces -- the Canada charge and USA charge should add up to 39.99us$ (adjusted for exchange and any sales tax).

The 4 marketplace .com unified account is $39.99 USD + tax
