You know that the buyer received the package, yet you still refunded him immediately after he filed an A-to-Z.
This is so unfair.

yes, its scammer heaven on amazon. This will happen again. The signature option will not help either. Amazon will always take the buyers side even though many times there is clear evidence of product delivered. In one case, the buyer even admitted they have received the package and amazon still upholds the original A-Z claim and refunds the buyer. Now you are out of product and money and shipping costs.
This is a big flaw that amazon needs to fix. We have been hit with these before, and will continue to unfortunately.
The only solution is to use Amazon Shipping, but that is not always the right choice either.
The correct Model is what eBay has implemented. eBay states that a tracking number showing delivered is sufficient proof to close the fake buyer claim. However on amazon, buyers can openly scam sellers, without any recourse, unless you use amazon shipping, and even then, we have had some issues.
At the end of the day, you need to increase your prices on amazon vs anywhere else.
