when are all the documents required for selling litium ion battery installed products
so i looked into starting a listing, but as i went thru all the appropriate steps, and even used the drop down menu of the exact product im planning to list i still didn't get any requirements of a UN38.3 regulation report/ or battery summary report. I only saw one section in image uploads was to submit energy guide label and product image/ ELFL. What is ELFL?
Are these images of the docs that are required? Is that all amazon needs to list products that have lithium ion batteries? I assumed it needed a lot more before listing, but I didn't see any tabs requiring further information. there was no other section that required the un38.3 regulation/battery summary report. I didn't even see a section for transportation safety report. scratching my head.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you would like to sell a product with lithium batteries contained within it. Here is the help page that explains what is required and how to check if your product is listed as a hazmat item. Once one person uploads the information for the battery exemption, the next seller should not be required to have it go through a hazmat review again.
I am not sure what ELFL is, however, if you can provide a Seller Support Case ID I can take a look. If you don't have a case yet, please start here and provide me with the case ID if they are not able to help so I can look into this further.
