Definitely not. You are not authorized to resell as new on Amazon. You will get suspended if you sell product acquired thru retail. You will need to deal directly with wholesalers or manufacturers who authorize you to resell on Amazon.
Do not end run the requirement or you will get suspended and not be reinstated..... 1000's learned the hard way...
