I have been appealing for over a month, but there has been no progress on the issue Food and Product Safety Issues

I have several links that have been found to violate Food and Product Safety Issues regulations

I have inquired multiple times about the specific reasons for the violation, but have not received any useful response, only stating that my product has security risks

I have multiple appeals, but CASE's response is that the product has security risks and does not accept any files from ASIN

I asked the CASE specialist to forward the appeal materials to another review team, but there has been no response yet

May I ask what to do now?

The product belongs to the tool battery pack group, which contains lithium battery cells that cannot be disassembled. The battery has passed multiple certifications, such as UL and CE.
