Amazon Lost my entire shipment

Amazon lost my entire shipment. I had over 300 units with over 100S SKUs in that shipment. I've sent my purchase invoices to Amazon and they are not replying to my case logs. How do i get this expedited?

FBA YYZ7 received my products correctly and after 1 month they tell me that they damaged them in the warehouse, which I do not understand and they appeared as products available for sale and gave me a very low refund of less than half the value of each product, they could not tell me what happened to my products which makes me doubt that they really damaged them.
