This is my older appeal, and below I will explain the steps I have taken.

I have been dealing and hassling with Account Health Specialists and appeal submissions. My account got deactivated because of Authenticity and since day 1, I have been doing everything they asked from me! and the only answer I get is not enough information!
I have contacted Account Haalth Specialists so many times and Every(!) time I got some unrelated suggestions from them. I am saying unrelated because after I got rejected I call again and this new person says I was misguided before and now the best to do is this......
And this continued for 4 months now, and finally I asked what is it that they are really trying to do, the person on the call said if it's not reinstated until now I may look for other platforms to continue for my business. Because I have done what they said and I got rejected and now they don't know how to convince the inner team because they also can't get information from them!!
How is this even gonna work? They don't know what they are asking for? Is this just an elimination process randomly or something?
I try to comply with Amazon policies and I have been trying to maintain good Health Rate and Customer Relations, but "randomly" Amazon asks for confirmation and they just shots you out from the business and platform?
At least make a courtesy explanation or informed personel to guide us?""

I was dropshipping and in my appeals I have explained my business modal and process.
After I have talked to account health specialists so many times, I have uploaded at least 5 different invoices from the brand owner on Amazon.com.
I have previously added invoices from Amazon sold by Amazon. They told me that they cannot be traced I should choose the ones from original brands on Amazon. And I did.
İn my explanations I have explained that I will shift my business modal to FBA if that is more preferrable by Amazon. Also asked that to Account health specialists.
They also informed me that I have done everything I could but they don't know what is more expected. So I'm stuck.
Can you please help me understand and reactivate my account? I am also open to video verification if that is necessary.
Or should I just quit Amazon as a seller with good sales practice?

That's the problem. You're doing online arbitrage. That is against Amazon's rules.
You can't purchase inventory for your business from a retailer to resell. That is an invalid supply chain.

This is the problem. You cannot buy from Amazon to sell on Amazon. Dropshipping is not the issue. Your supply chain is invalid. This is why they are not accepting the invoices. This has been discussed 1000's of times on these boards. You cannot source from retail (Amazon is retail) to sell on Amazon. It violates Section 3 of the business agreement you signed.
