Amazon no longer accepts Sendle tracking information - how to fix this
Hi, we switched to Sendle with the last Canada Post strike in November 2024, and we are very happy with speed and shipping rates.
Amazon always recognized Sendle tracking information as valid.
This has changed. All of a sudden, our VTR tanked from 99% to 50% within a few days, because Amazon does no longer classify Sendle tracking information as "valid".
Does someone else sees the same problem, or is it only us?

Ask the folks at Sendle -- they might know or should be motived to find out if they don't know.

Yes , and Amazon is at fault dont blame carriers, Amazon uses such to disturb selling!

hi we are also facing same problem . We are using sendle as carrier from1year . But facing same problem our ratio also decreased.

We have the same issue, just started a week ago. I have contacted both Amazon health team and Sendle support and noting is happening.

I found out that all affected orders were shipped between May 19 and May 22. It is possible that the problem was resolved in the meantime, just nobody will update our VTR.
