self attestation submission not working

I'm trying to submit my self attestation chart for verification. I submitted the document yesterday, and it says "this page will update every 30 seconds" This morning I went back on , and the page reset - it wants me to submit it again. However, there is no rejection letter or explanation.

When I try to resubmit my information, the page does not load, and the button just does nothing. There is no way to submit the requested information, and the page says my account will be closed if I do not submit the information.

I opened a case with seller support (17452051811) but this is obviously very urgent since Amazon is threatening to close my account

If you just submitted yesterday, you should give it at least 48 hours to re-set itself. As for opening a case, give it several days or so. When Amazon says 24 hours, they generally take at least three or four days. Amazon is a whole different reality than yours and mine.

I'm in the same boat! I re-submitted the document this morning, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a positive response for both of us soon.

I understand that you are not seeing any kind of follow up messaging regarding the validity of your documentation, and I do want to further understand if you are being impacted by a technical issue. Would you be able to share screenshots that include the date and time that show the issue you are experiencing with the verification? Have you observed any other changes in the information?

The message to resubmit usually just means the first upload didn’t register correctly. It happens sometimes, especially if the file format or size wasn’t exactly what the system expects. Annoying? Sure. Malicious? Not quite.

Since you already opened a case (which was the right move), I’d recommend trying a different browser or even a private/incognito window — in a lot of cases, that magically fixes the “submit button not working” issue.

Amazon’s not trying to trap you here. They're enforcing compliance across millions of accounts, and sometimes that means the system hiccups. As long as you’ve flagged the issue through Seller Support and continue trying to resubmit, you're showing a good-faith effort — and that's really what matters.

Definitely keep a close eye on the case thread, and maybe give them a quick call if it feels like it’s dragging. You’ve got this.
