Hello there,
My verification failed for creating a new PL account, I submitted correct documents several times but none worked.
I got an email saying "my country of residence in amazon seller central", and "country of residence in driving license doesn't match". But that's not correct. I have checked "my country of residence" in amazon account several times. I see "Canada" is there, which is in my driving license as well.
The only mistake is with the expiry date of my passport. Instead of 30th Dec, I see I have entered 31th Dec. Which I will correct after I get the account verified.
Please help me get this issue resolved!

ID 14938527531, this is the case ID. I see a link in a reply I got from Amazon, where they are asking to update my info. Upon clicking the link it takes me to verification page, and there is no option of updating info.

The team has advised that your documents were rejected because the country of residence in Seller Central is Canada however a passport was provided from a different country and the bank account statement is from a different country as well.
The team has opened your account up for you to be able to submit documents again so please go in and submit the proper documents that match the country of residence listed in Seller Central.
