AMAZIP: Why do I need to present the ISED for my product?

If you have received a notification indicating you need to present the ISED for your product, but you consider it should not be included in this regulation, this AMAZIP (Amazon’s tip) can be useful for you, take a look!
First, let's understand why Amazon is requesting the ISED document in Canada. For this we need to take a look at the help page Radio Apparatus, Interference-Causing Equipment and Terminal Equipment.
What is the ISED? In Canada, the sale of radio apparatus, interference-causing equipment and terminal equipment is regulated by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (“ISED”). Under the Radiocommunication Act and its regulations, these products must meet applicable technical standards and, in some instances, be certified or registered.
Why is important to have this information for your product? These regulatory requirements are intended to prevent interference with critical services (such as air traffic control, emergency services and communications with satellites) and protect the safety of Canadians.
Do you want to know what are the steps to submit the compliance information and ISED compliance requirements for all equipment categories? Take a look at the help page mentioned in this forum.

CASE ID: 15303555861
My product was prompted to require ISED certification, and I have uploaded images with IC ID and HVIN on the details page as required. However, my case has been rejected and I don't know which step was wrong. Can you tell me how to upload images with tags?
