YYZ1 - Missing Packages

Almost all packages we ship to YYZ1 (C/O FBA Program 6363 Millcreek Drive (The City of) Mississauga, ON L5N 1L8 CA) FBA warehouse are being closed with 0 units received. When we send Amazon the required documentation for investigation we get the same copied and pasted answers.

Including the following answers:

1. 'We have no record of receiving the following expected items'

and

2. 'The non-partnered carrier proof of delivery is a confirmation that the shipment described by the carrier has been delivered to Amazon. The contents of the shipment were not inspected at the time of drop-off by the non-partnered carrier. Therefore, it is not a representation of the quantity or condition of the units contained within the shipment.'

We have dozens of open cases with no answers on what is happening to our shipments or how we can solve this problem. Is anyone else having the same problems?

We have had the same problems with numerous shipments with YYZ1 since June. Being closed off not being received. We even use UPS

They are closing the shipments and removing it from our FBA inventory, with no explanations. These 'missing' units are not even being added to our 'shipment problems' section. We need a solution for this on-going issue ASAP. @Ricardo_Amazon

same situation but for YYZ9 and they still request to send our shipments to this warehouse. what is going on in GTA toronto warehouse ?!??!
