Self certification of Canadian sites
I am a new seller on Amazon. Due to my cooperation in completing self certification for the Canadian site, I submitted my business information and self certification documents 5 days ago, but I have not received any response yet. My page has the same prompt every day: We are reviewing your request, please wait: the page will refresh immediately and we have confirmed if there are any other verification requirements.
Can someone tell me how long this will take? What should I do? Request assistance.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the delays you have seen in the response of your verification. I do want to offer insight as I understand this type of situation can be increasingly frustrating when you have not received a decision as of yet. Have you attempted to open any kind of case into this issue as of now? If so, would you be able to share the case information that corresponds?
While I know it can be concerning to not have a reply as of now, I want to reassure you that our team is working as efficiently as they can to get a response to you on your submission. I know that they have seen an increase in the total volume of reviews that they have needed to complete which has likely caused the delays you are seeing now.
I encourage you to share more so that I may further review and see if any additional action can be taken.
