Customers Not Receiving Packages Shipped Through Canada Post
Today was the 7th Customer who did not receive their package sent through Canada Post since they resumed service following the strike. All packages were sent oversized letter mail so there is no tracking. I will be contacting Canada Post to request an investigation. I am just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience. None of the packages have been returned to me and they were sent to at least 5 different provinces Canada and one to the US. Some as long as 4 weeks ago. Occasionally a customer does not receive their package, but this is very strange. I have spoken to my local Post Office Manager and she is as stumped as I am. I suspect there will be more to come.

Part of the problem is amazon telling customers (once the estimated delivery date has passed) that the package has been lost, when amazon should be saying delivery status unknown, please contact the seller.
If the buyer messages you directly (instead of AtoZ) do let them know it is coming with their regular lettermail -- some buyers assume it will be delivered to their door by courier.
