Your account is active and the marketplace is not on vacation?
Do you have any pending sales? Those will tie up inventory.
Check to see if there are selling restrictions/problems with your listing.

That's because your item is not a featured item on the landing page , but if you scroll down You'll see Buying options .
Amazon don't show overpriced items on the landing page or item's page if the price is higher than then other websites or the known low retail price
