Why customer buy several single pack instead of one multi pack for lower price?
Hi, I am a new seller on Amazon.
I sell disposable face towels (best seeling ASIN B0D12Z2PV1, B0D2Q38XQH). I found majority of my customer rather buy 2 single pack, instead of 1 two-pack. My two-pack is 10-15% cheaper than 2 single pack. The same also happens to four-pack. It happens to both my new customers and old customers.
I pre-bundle my 2-pack and 4-pack and they are successfully listed on Amazon (one has glitch and I am just on fixing it) and have been sold several times . The reason I bundle 2-pack and 4-pack is to offer discount for my customer and lower FBA fee for myself as well (FBA charges me twice on 2 single pack).
Does anyone experience the same problem? Does anyone have suggestion? Thanks in advance

Many buyers will just buy the same ASIN that they previously bought -- not noticing that there's another option. Also, not everyone does math. I see this at the grocery store all the time --- Oh, this 1/2 gallon of milk is so much cheaper than the gallon (yeah, but if you multiply it by two it's 50cents more than the gallon -- and if you're going to buy 2 1/2 gallons anyway.....<rant off>.
Another reason may be how it's displayed on a mobile device. I always shop on a computer, not on my phone, so I don't know if this is a thing or not.

This would be my guess too. When I am shopping, I'll order just one of something new to try it out, and if I like it and want to order more, most of the time, I will just go right to the buy again section of my account to order more, which means I wouldn't see the bundle options.

Thanks for asking this question here on the seller forums @Seller_1rPgwebZazSNk, and I appreciate the thoughtful replies from @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEYand @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD.
I agree shopper behavior may be directing some users to the 'buy again' path. You may be interested in looking into advertising solutions to drive traffic to the bundled ASIN, or stop by our Ask Amazon this Wednesday with the Shopper Insights team who might have some other context on using their tools to reach audiences that don't convert!
Hope this helps!
