Help! Black Friday and Cyber Monday Discount. Suppressed. No reference price
I have created a prime exclusive discount for ASINs. But discount is inactive "Your current discounted price is suppressed because the reference price (list price/was price) is not available."
Have tried some solutions,
The final price is at least 20% discount - done!
Fill in the List Price the same as Your Price - done!
Remove the SKU from automated pricing- done!
Change the regular price of the SKU (even though the seller wants to keep the same regular price, they should resubmit the regular price).-done!
But the problem is still there.

Tatian from Amazon here. Can you tell me when the list price was filled in? Was this update done recently?
Our system validates each list price that is added, but the validation does not happen instantly so sometimes it can take a few days for the list price addition to be validated and solidified in our system.
Additionally, if you have a Seller Support case related to this issue, I can take a closer look at it.

Hello @Seller_ZOw9m8ZRvsDws- I just wanted to check in with you. Can you tell me if the following two statements are correct? You are the only seller offering these ASINs? Also, you have not yet had any sales on these ASINs? If you have had sales, please do send those Order IDs please.
