In order to list, I have to provide an invoice for 10 units from a publisher or distributor.
Is this for all books? Or just textbooks?
It seems selling used books on Amazon is no longer viable due to this restriction.

Really, you can't prove you purchased 10 books legitimately? How is this not viable?

My strategy involves buying from Amazon at a discount and doing an Amazon to Amazon flip for used books.
So, that's actually against Amazon policy. You will be getting your account suspended and deactivated if you do so if Amazon finds out about it. You don't have a valid supply chain.
