Help Needed – Account Suspended for Alleged Inauthentic Items & Funds Withheld

Dear Amazon Seller Community,

I’m reaching out in hopes of getting some guidance and support regarding a recent suspension of my Amazon seller account.

I received a notification stating that my account was suspended for engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity — specifically related to the sale of inauthentic or infringing items and violating Amazon’s Anti-Counterfeiting Policy. As a result, Amazon is also withholding the funds in my account.

I take this matter very seriously and have never knowingly sold counterfeit or infringing products. I believe this may be a misunderstanding or an issue with documentation. I have gathered invoices and supplier information and am in the process of preparing an appeal.

I’m posting here to ask:

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

Are there any trusted service providers or appeal specialists that helped you get reinstated — ideally at a reasonable cost?

Any advice on how to structure an effective Plan of Action?

Any help, feedback, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I’m committed to resolving this and continuing to operate in full compliance with Amazon’s policies.
