Hi Everyone. I just got a I Negative review and I know it is by my competitor. It also mentions a misleading line that my product needs a paid app to setup which is not true. There are various free apps to setup and i have also mentioned it in my product image and description. I requested Amazon to delete the comment several times but they don't help. Sellers are getting exploited.

- From the product detail page, find the review in question.
- Click the “Report abuse” link and follow the steps to report the review.
- You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there (but know you’re not likely to get a reply from this alias, even if they take action).
