Sellers from China sells fake products on our brand listing

It’s about 6 months since Amazon CA allow sellers from China jumps on our listing which been copied from our USA account.

Our brand registered in USA and have pending status in Canada. Almost every day we are getting complaints (emails, phone calls, Amazon message dashboard) from Canadian customers who stating they got fake product which has no relation to the listing - different packaging, different size, different weight. Customers clearly confirmed that they bought it from sellers from China. These sellers account reviews been cross out but people complaining about getting counterfeit/fake/incorrect product from them.

Dozens of calls to Amazon, dozens of open cases regarding this issue with confirmed images from customers and their order numbers leads to no action to stop this by Amazon Team. Amazon Fulfilment Centers quite easy can notice that products received from China has at least 3 times less weight, has no packaging (Images available on listing) but none of it bring them to concern. Even posted reviews on product listing from customers with images (clearly show incorrect/fake item received) leads to full ignore from Amazon Team. Moreover, we never imported/knitted our socks from/in China.

It could be a long story, but has anyone faced/solved/have a solution to such a problem?

Thank you.

Make sure your brand is registered in Brand Registry with your Canadian Trademark, file a trademark violation and do a counterfeit test buy.
