Why is there no phone number to call for support?
I understand that most cases can be dealt with via chat and email.
But some cases require call support and escalation. How is it acceptable that there is no way to escalate issues, and to actually speak with someone about issues so they are resolved? Has anyone ever been able to get a number to call for seller registration support?
I have an issue that I've raised 6 tickets for. Each time I ask to not be spent to the Verification department and each time the Verification department responds with "Not us, sorry" and closes the ticket on me. I actually beg the chat reps to send me to another department as my issue isn't verification, and then it still goes there and still get an auto-response and closed ticket :(

When opening a case, request a call back instead of an email.
Also, you can go to your account health page and click the request a call button and someone calls you right away.

I think the chat support team is artificial intelligence. They don't help me with any of my problems. They tell me the ready answers and send me links to policies. In some cases they are even rude and hang up on me.
