FAILURE TO CORRECT THE STAR AND REVIEW AFTER RESOLVING THE PROBLEM WITH THE CUSTOMER

GREETINGS, FRIENDS. A MISSING PRODUCT WAS SENT TO A CUSTOMER DUE TO A PROBLEM CAUSED BY ME. THE CUSTOMER RIGHTEOUSLY LEAVED 1 STAR AND A NEGATIVE COMMENT. WE, AS OUR STORE, CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY AND WE SHARED THE PROCESS WITH OUR CUSTOMER. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED AND WE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. HE SAID THAT HE WANTED TO FIX THE COMMENT AND STAR. EVEN THOUGH WE SENT THE INSTRUCTIONS, HE SAID THAT HE TRIED FOR A FEW DAYS BUT COULD NOT FIX IT AND THE AMAZON SUPPORT TEAM SAID WE CANNOT INTERFERE WITH THIS. BUT THIS SITUATION IS NOT FAIR AT ALL, WE HAVE EXPERIENCED DIFFICULT PROCESSES AND WE ACHIEVED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, BUT THAT COMMENT AND STAR AFFECTED MY STORE NEGATIVELY, PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS.
