amazon usually will go for the must-use-FBA option before they close an account for late deliveries.

Yeah and Amazon does not want to provide any solution to sellers for it. i can understand refunds but can they not minimize their ODR window for some time. Amazon is also not acknowledging Canada Post Strike issue.
