400 units shipment delivered to YHM1 over 3 weeks ago. 0 units received. Is this normal?
As title says, I have a 8 boxes - 400 units shipment that has been delivered a long time ago to YHM1 (over 3 weeks).
Yet, no units have been received yet.
Is this to be expected nowadays? Seems to be highly unusual from my experience.

I understand you would like to know if there's any reason as to why your shipment was delivered about three weeks ago, but there's no located units yet.
I looked in your account and found shipment ID ending in 8BYG which is still in "Receiving" status. Based on the tracking information, it looks like your shipment should be processed before June 7th, if after this time the shipment isn't processed you can request investigation.
To request your investigation, please go ahead and enter your shipment ID on the box located in this help page to create an investigation case when the shipment becomes eligible for investigation:
