You are not speaking with Amazon. This is a forum of other sellers. Only the account manager can edit the account. Are you the account manager of your account?

Hello @World_Mania_Store,

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

You can update your credit card in your seller account by the following steps:

  • Go to Settings, and click Account Info.
  • From Payment Information, select Charge Methods.
  • Click Replace Charge Method for the credit card you would like to replace, and select the store where you would like to assign a new charge method.
  • Select an option to either Add a new credit card, or select a card that is already available in Seller Central. Enter the requested information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

I have included a help page below that provides additional detail on updating credit card information for your reference:

Update credit card information

If you are still experiencing an issue with being able to update the information, I would suggest opening a case with Support to troubleshoot the issue. Please feel free to update this thread if you need additional assistance.
