Amazon seller account problem

I have created seller account of USA and Canada as individual but it is asking me to pay $39,99

I talk with 5 6 customer support agent they said that I need to pay $39 and then ask for refund

but I dont want to pay and I want amazon to remove that $39 as I have never used amazon seller account after creation.

please help and resolve my issue

Check your account info and make sure that Your services are set to Individual.

sellercentral.amazon.ca/hz/sc/account-information

Then open a case and request that the professional fee be refunded since you were signed up by mistake. Mention that you have not used the account yet.
