Amazon Refunding A-to-Z Claims for Late Deliveries in Canada - This is unfair!
Amazon is refunding a to z claims in Canada for late deliveries, we have no control over this, the Canada Post strike has caused a mess with all carriers.
They are letting the customer keep the product and refunding them, this is nuts and seller support is non-existent!
What can we do about this?!

The correct path to follow is to appeal directly from your Seller Central account. If the claim is denied, Community Managers can request another review with our Escalations team.
So please reply back with the Order ID for the claims that are needed.
