Delivery attempted, Customer claimed never received and leaves negative review...
This is really stupid...
Customer orders April 16th, ships out April 17, Attempted delivery April 24, second attempted delivery April 27th. Customer leaves negative review stating that he never received the item, before even reaching us or the courrier. Time frame limit for delivery was April 25, so it is ok there. Customer does not answer us. Amazon declines my feedback removal appeal. So if you wanna hurt a competitor, order something, dont pick it up or sign for it on delivery, claim you never received the order with a negative seller review and voila, Amazon washes their hands with it and wont remove it. Brilliant. Unless there is something else to do...
