In Canada, the sale of corded window coverings is regulated by the Corded Window Covering Regulations (the Regulations) enacted under the federal Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Corded window coverings are prohibited from listing on Amazon.ca.
Under the Regulations, a corded window covering means an indoor window covering that is equipped with at least one cord. Any window covering that has a lift cord, a top-down cord, a bottom-up inner cord, an inner cord that runs in between horizontal blinds, a roller cord, or a cord that is used to fasten/secure a window covering, is considered to be a corded window covering within the meaning of the Regulations and is prohibited from sale on Amazon.ca. Other window coverings may qualify as "corded window coverings" under the Regulations. These are merely common examples of products that will qualify.

However, I am sure that the sellers would be MUCH happier, if you read and respond in an intelligent manner to their everyday concerns. I read many posts for sellers with issues, and not a SINGLE Amazon posts a reply.
